2019 Gone Fishin’ Fish Fry

Wednesday nights just got a whole lot better!

Starting Wednesday, February 6th we’ll be hosting our annual Gone Fishin’ Fish Fry every Wednesday night throughout the month of February. For just $15.95 per person, we’ll be serving a hefty plate of deep fried walleye alongside fries, baked beans, coleslaw & rye bread.

Walleye Fast Facts
  • Walleye can reach up to 31 in. in length and 20 lbs in weight
  • The walleye is the state fish of Minnesota
  • Walleye have a lifespan of up to 20 years in the wild
  • 3 oz. of walleye contains 21 grams of protein– 42% of the recommended daily protein value
  • The name ‘walleye’ comes from the fish’s large, opaque pupils

The holiday season has arrived which means one thing – CooperSmith’s Jingle Ale! Come celebrate with bagpipers and holiday cheer at CooperSmith’s Annual Jingle Ale Tapping Party on Tuesday, December 4 starting at 5pm.

What does CooperSmith’s Jingle Ale taste like? This amber ale has a nice maltiness but the spices are what really contribute its unique character. Clove, mace (nutmeg), cinnamon, orange peel, cardamom and ginger root are added for that delicious holiday flavor.

Main Course

Grilled Ribeye Steak

Served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables and topped with a whipped herb butter.

Grilled New York Strip Steak

Served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables. Finished with a Gorgonzola butter.

Creamy Dijon Chicken

Grilled chicken breast tossed in a creamy Dijon sauce with bacon, tomato and spinach. Served over roasted garlic mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables.


Pork loin pounded thin and breaded and deep-fried. Served over roasted garlic mashed potatoes with bacon beer sauerkraut and topped with a lemon cream sauce.

Highland Cottage Pie

Lamb, celery, carrots, onion and mashed potato layered in a pie crust and topped with a lamb gravy. Served with homemade applesauce.

Fish & Chips

Crispy breaded cod deep-fried and served with pub chips and a horseradish mayonnaise.
