Located at #5 Old Town Square, our restaurant has an extensive menu filled with seasonal and regional favorites.

A large pretzel like the ale gods intended pretzels to be—chewy with a robust flavor to complement our house brews, served with green chili beer cheese.

Artichoke Dip – $14.00
A blend of artichoke hearts, scallions, Parmesan, mayo, and sour cream in a bread boule served with vegetables to dip.

Fried Brussel Sprouts – $12.00
Deep-fried Brussel sprouts tossed in a maple bourbon sauce and topped with bacon, blue cheese crumbles, balsamic glaze.

Brew Wings – $16.95
10 wings served with celery, carrots, and blue cheese dressing. Choice of Hot, teriyaki, jalapeño bbq, or dry rub Jerk seasoning.

A basket of thin-cut beer battered fries served with CooperSmith’s fry sauce.

Waffle cut fried sweet potatoes Served with a honey sriracha aioli.

Tomato Mushroom Bisque
A hearty combination of tomato, herbs, fresh mushrooms, and Parmesan cheese. Comes in a cup or bowl.

Devils Backbone Buffalo Burger * – $17.75
A half-pound buffalo burger charbroiled and then topped with a peppercorn sauce, and your choice of cheddar, Swiss, pepper jack, or blue cheese.

Angus  burger cooked to temp and topped with a scoop of our Artichoke dip and scallions. 

French Onion Patty Melt * – $16.50
Angus burger toasted sourdough, caramelized onion, gruyere, rosemary aioli. 

The Black & Bleu Burger* – $16.50
Angus burger topped with blue cheese, caramelized onion, black pepper aioli, bacon. 

Mesa Verde Burger * – $16.50
Angus burger topped with green chili’s, pepper-jack and chipotle ranch. 

The Truffle Burger * – $16.50
Angus burger topped with swiss cheese, truffle aioli and sauteed thyme mushrooms.

Guacamole Turkey Burger – $15.95
A six-ounce ground turkey patty grilled and topped with choice of cheese, bacon and guacamole.

Black Bean Burger – $15.95
A vegetarian black bean burger filled with rice, corn, spices and bell peppers lightly fried and served on a Kaiser roll with  guacamole  and choice of cheese. 

(You may substitute sweet potato waffle fries or a salad for an additional charge. Additional sauces and toppings are extra.)

The Schnitzel – $17.95
Pork schnitzel with mashed potatoes, bacon beer sauerkraut and topped with a lemon cream sauce.

Grilled salmon, asparagus, squash, cherry tomato, lemon butter sauce, garlic bread.

Shepard’s Pie – $17.95
Ground lamb cooked with a vegetable medley, served in a pie crust, topped with mashed potatoes, lamb gravy, side of warm homemade applesauce.

Grilled chicken, Greek pasta salad, Feta mousse, pita.

English bangers simmered in stout and finished on the grill. Served over mashed potatoes with a red onion reduction and homemade warm applesauce.

The Fried Chicken Cobb Salad – $16.00
