Hands down the best pub in Colorado for both food and beer. My family has been coming here for over 20 years and it has never disappointed. You can get amazing cask ales. The fish and chips are great, burgers made to order, and the buffalo wings are a personal favourite and I’ve never found better anywhere.

Coopersmith's is a great little pub in Old Town. If you're craving fish and chips, this is a great place to go. Good selection of beer as well, as you would expect from Fort Collins. Plenty of room for large groups or small families alike.The kids menu has many choices as well. Nine different items to be exact.Other good choices are the schnitzel or the fat daddy Ruben.We have been multiple times and have never had to wait for a table, whether they were slow or busy.Staff is always friendly and services fast.

Service was friendly and fast! The root beer is made on site and worth the visit by itself. I had a burger, which was cooked to perfection, and topped with some amazing cheese. My daughter had a chicken salad sandwich that was out of control tasty, better than the burger! Everything was so so so good and just absolutely delicious. I will gladly visit again and try another couple menu items!

This place was excellent! We loved the old English atmosphere, the service and hospitality, and very good quality pub food. Pictured are beer battered fries, Schnitzel & pesto chicken sandwich w/ tomato bisque which were all tasty. We didn’t try any of their beer but there is something for everyone on the menu. Came on Sunday afternoon and got to sit right away.

Nice brew pub, beer was great. I ordered Bangers and Mash, was good but not great. Coworker ordered the schnitzel which looked great and he said was best he had from a restaurant. Boss had the chicken fingers which were also good but not great. Atmosphere is nice, atypical western style brew pub.
