Join CooperSmith’s for Great Plates of Downtown! (March 1-14)

Food lovers rejoice! On March 1st, Great Plates of Downtown Fort Collins is back to benefit the Food Bank for Larimer County! The Downtown Fort Collins Business Association and member businesses present a vibrant dining tradition for our community March 1-14, 2017. By joining the Great Plates fun, you’ll not only help the Food Bank for Larimer County meet its mission, but you’ll also help support our downtown restaurants with your patronage.

Last year, over $87,000 was raised for the Food Bank for Larimer County and this year they have a goal of raising $90,000!

CooperSmith’s is proud to be a part of such a wonderful event and fundraiser. Our Great Plates 2017 menu is available on Poolside & Pubside. Check it out:

Great Plates Menu 2017 

Any of the below two entrees for $25

Flat Iron Steak– An 8 oz flat iron steak seasoned and grilled to temperature served over a bacon potato cake and roasted carrots. Finished with a cremini mushroom and red wine demi-glace.

New York Strip -A New York strip seasoned and grilled to temperature, served with sautéed veggies, roasted garlic mashed potatoes. Served over onion rings and topped with gorgonzola butter.

Chicken Fried Chicken – Hand battered chicken deep fried and topped with jalapeno bacon gravy. Served with steamed broccoli, roasted garlic mashed potatoes and a dinner roll.

Fish and Chips-Atlantic cod dipped in our ale batter and breaded with crispy bread crumbs. Served with pub chips, horseradish mayonnaise and malt vinegar.

Highland Cottage Pie -Colorado lamb marinated in our Horsetooth Stout and fresh herbs. Then we combine the lamb with celery, carrots and onion, and then layered in a flaky crust with mashed potatoes. Finished with lamb gravy and parmesan cheese and baked, served with hot apple sauce.

Veggie Cottage Pie – A pie crust layered with carrots, onions, celery and mushrooms cooked in balsamic reduction and topped with roasted garlic mashed potatoes, veggie gravy and parmesan cheese. Served with hot apple sauce.

Schweineschnitzel-Pork tenderloin pounded thin, breaded and deep fried. Served over roasted garlic mashed potatoes and bacon beer sauerkraut. Finished with a lemon butter cream sauce.

Pick any 2 entrees and get either a strawberry rhubarb crumble or a vanilla and chocolate layered mousse. 

All entrees expect the New York strip and the Flat Iron steak are served with an imperial pint.
