After months of planning, construction, and anticipation, we’re excited to keep opening the doors at CooperSmith’s Brewpub & Billiards.
We’ve officially started welcoming guests in, and the response so far has been a lot of fun to see. Right now, we’re still opening in phases as we continue hiring, training, and fine-tuning the experience. That means hours will look a little different from week to week for now, but we want to keep sharing updates as we go so you know when to stop by.

Current Temporary Hours
Launching a new space takes a lot of moving pieces, and we want to do it right. Rather than rush into a full schedule before we’re ready, we’re opening in phases while our team continues to grow.
For now, we’re focused on creating a great experience each night we’re open, then building from there as staffing and training continue to come together.

A Simple, Shareable Menu
Our food menu is built to be simple, snackable, and easy to share while you play a few rounds. For the next few weeks, we’ll be serving a temporary menu as we continue getting settled and building out the team. We’re also going to hold off on pizza by the slice for now.

A Great Lineup of Drinks
Alongside the food menu, we’ll have a strong drink lineup ready to go, with 20 taps featuring a rotating mix of CooperSmith’s craft beers, local and national guest brews, and hard ciders.
We’ll also offer a selection of bottles and cans from familiar national brands, so whether you’re a craft beer regular or just looking for something cold while you play, there will be plenty to choose from. Check out the drink menu here.
A New Late-Night Destination in Old Town
CooperSmith’s Brewpub & Billiards is designed to be a casual gathering spot for games, drinks, and socializing, whether you’re stopping by after dinner, meeting friends downtown, or closing out the night in Old Town.
