We brewed this IPA with a healthy dose of pale malt, un-malted wheat and oats, then dry – hopped it with Citra, Chinook and Cascade.  Pine and citrus zest aromas complement this warming, rounded, semi-hazy IPA.  As far as the style of IPA goes, think of it as a harmonious combination of both East and West coast IPAs.  Big-ups to Ethan for this recipe idea, and stay-tuned for a hot chili version coming soon!  7.2%, $7.00, 16 oz. pint, $18 growler
