Ozzy’s Epiphany Red

Brewed on the day of epiphany, January 6th, this ale uses crystal and chocolate malts to give it it’s deep red color. Behind the malty sweetness we added a generous portion of perle hops which give it a soft, yet noticeable bitterness.
