The Original Old Town Brewery

When doors opened in November of 1989, we had no idea CooperSmith’s Pub & Brewery would be one of the pioneers in the world-famous Fort Collins craft beer scene. We just wanted to serve the best brews in Northern Colorado from our Old Town Brewery.

Our dedication to our calling hasn’t changed, even as the explosion of interest and skill in craft brewing put Fort Collins on the map as the “Napa Valley of beer.” More than 150 recipes and dozens of awards later, we’re thrilled to be part of such a thriving brewing community that allows us the opportunity to test unique brews, while embracing the stable of signature beers that have been on tap since opening day: Albert Dam Bitter, Horsetooth Stout, Poudre Pale Ale. Newer brews like Punjabi Pale Ale and Sigda’s Chile Ale later earned permanent places in our taps. Come by and enjoy a pint, or fill a growler to share with friends at home, around a campfire or your favorite place to kick back.
