CooperSmith’s Pub & Brewing is thrilled to support the Fort Collins Montessori School‘s 2nd Annual Chili Cook-Off and Silent Auction. This wonderful, family-friendly event is on Saturday, February 10, 2018 from 3pm-6pm. Join us at the Aztlan Northside Community Center and get ready for some mouth-watering chili!
Fort Collins Montessori School is a charter school that focuses on the “whole-child” when addressing education. “The mission of Fort Collins Montessori School is to provide a classic pre/K-9th grade Montessori program that inspires and empowers children with an exceptional educational experience based on the principles and philosophy of Dr. Maria Montessori.”
Chili fanatics are invited to showcase recipes by entering the cook-off in two categories — Meat and Meatless. Entry forms must be received by 3:00 pm March 17, 2017, and there is a $15 entry fee per chili.
