Dusseldorf Altbier

This bright copper ale is our interpretation of a traditional German Alt beer. Sweet malts are combined with German hops to create and ale most notable for its smoothness. Subtle fruit and vanilla flavors and malt aromas are present. “Alt” (German for “old”) refers to the old technique of brewing top-fermenting ales that were prevalent in Germany before the lager revolution took over.
