Dunkel Weizen

Dunkel Weizen is made by adding Crystal and Chocolate malt to our Mountain Avenue Wheat. The yeast is still the predominant flavor component contributing the banana-like aroma and the clove flavor. The additional malts balance the sweetness, giving hints of pumpernickel bread.
