CooperSmith’s Partners with Rio Grande to Create “Rio Trigo”

Today we’re tapping Rio Trigo! This special, limited-time only brew, was created by CooperSmith’s in collaboration with the Rio Grande Mexican Restaurant.

Rio Trigo, translating from Spanish to English to mean River Wheat, is an American wheat beer with citrus aromas and flavors due to the addition of blood oranges in the fermentation and severing tanks during the brew process.
