After months of planning, construction, and excitement, we’re getting ready to welcome guests into CooperSmith’s new Billiards concept!
While we’re still fine-tuning the space and training our team, we’re excited to share a few preview nights in March before transitioning to full weekly hours in April. This new concept is designed to bring a fresh option for evening and late-night fun in Old Town Fort Collins: a place to grab a drink, play a game of pool, and wind down the night with friends.
First Nights Open to the Public
We’ll begin with a few limited preview nights so guests can get a first look at the space while our team continues training.
March Preview Hours

Friday, March 20: 5 p.m. – 11 p.m.

Saturday, March 21: 5 p.m. – 11 p.m.
After these first nights, we will temporarily close for additional staff training to ensure we’re ready to provide the best possible experience.
We’ll reopen the following week for another round of preview evenings:

Thursday, March 26: 5 p.m. – 11 p.m.

Friday, March 27: 5 p.m. – 11 p.m.

Saturday, March 28: 5 p.m. – 11 p.m.
There are a lot of moving pieces involved in launching a new concept, and these staggered openings allow our team to dial everything in before we expand to full hours.
Full Weekly Hours Begin in April
Starting in April, CooperSmith’s Brewpub & Billiards will be open seven days a week.

Our food menu is designed to be simple, snackable, and perfect for sharing while playing a few games of pool.

CooperSmith’s Brewpub & Billiards is designed to be a casual gathering spot for games, drinks, and socializing, whether you’re stopping by after dinner, meeting friends downtown, or closing out the night in Old Town.
