A robust milk stout brewed with lactose sugar and chai spices. The spices come through boldly in the aroma. The flavor goes from roast malt to sweet milk and lingers with vanilla and fennel. This is Fort Collins homebrewer Matthew Burton’s recipe brewed for the Great American Beer Festival’s Pro-Am competition.
