Join us for live music featuring the local favorite Brian Kittrell. Kicking off at 1pm, Brian is the frontman of rock and roll outfit Maxwell Mud.

Celebrating 34 Years of Hand-Crafted Food & Drinks

Back in 1989, we kicked things off as the very first brewpub in Northern Colorado. These days, we’re surrounded by some of the best beer in the world, and we’re grateful to have grown up alongside this cool industry and the community that we love.

Our brewpub features an on-site brewery, and our English pub meets American standards dining experience offers zesty vegetarian options, regional specialties, and seasonal menu options, all made FRESH in our scratch-made kitchen.

If you’ve got the time, come hang out with us this week for CooperFest. We’re throwing down all week long to celebrate our anniversary with awesome food, great beer, and family-friendly fun.
