Coopersmiths is supporting SOCI “A Day on the Ranch” this year. The event will be on September 30th from 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM.
SOCI is a community-based non-profit organization that is providing advance care planning to people in Larimer and & Weld County. Its mission is to educate and assist people in understanding, completing and legally filing the appropriate documents regarding advanced care directives. Many of the individuals SOCI serves are financially unable to secure an attorney to complete their advance directive forms or they are physically unable to leave their homes to seek services.
