Spirit Crossing Chili Cook Off 2017 Coopersmith’s Pub and Brewery is thrilled to partner with Spirit Crossing for their annual fundraiser, the Chili Cook-off. This event is being held at the Northside Aztlan Community Center in Fort Collins on October 6, 2017. There will be many different kinds of chili for dinner, cinnamon rolls for dessert, and root beer, donated by Coopersmith’s Pub and Brewery, to drink. The band Wild Road will also be performing live!
Spirit Crossing is based on the Clubhouse Model of Rehabilitation. They believe each person with a mental health disorder has the potential to be productive and can make a significant contribution to society that is needed, valued, and expected. They believe one’s wellness depends upon having positive work experiences, meaningful social relationships, and having one’s skills and talents needed by others.
