To celebrate the premier of Star Wars: The Force Awakens, the seventh installment in the main Star Wars film series, we created two unique beers. Naturally, we had to create a “Light Side” beer and a “Dark Side” beer and invite our guests to choose a side.
Light Side: Padawan Pal Ale
“Search your feelings” and you’ll find this American Pale Ale to have light citrus and lemon grass aromas, a hint of caramel sweetness and a dry bitter finish.

Dark Side: Welcome to the Dark Side Stout
“Once you start down the dark path, forever will it dominate your destiny.” Welcome to the Dark Side Stout is a rich and complex chocolate milk stout. A creamy initial sweetness from the addition of lactose in the kettle is nicely contrasted by a dark chocolate bitterness from aging the beer on cocoa nibs.
