Doppel Jabi
We took our Punjabi recipe and nearly doubled the malt and hops, then fermented it with two different ale yeasts. The beer was then aged on American oak with Cascade and Amarillo hops. Caramel, ripe fruit, oak, tangerine and pepper are a few of the many notes you may pick up in this big complex warming ale. Double the trouble- double the fun! Available in ten ounce draft only.
