This is Punjabi Pale Ale that is aged and served from the same cask. The yeast remains in the cask and additional aroma hops are added. The beer is served off a beer engine with natural carbonation. This traditional technique is labor intensive but preserves the maximum flavor.

Aroma: A little subdued compared to its carbonated brethren, citrus and grapefruit
Flavor: A little more malt sweetness comes through as the hop bitterness is mellowed a bit, creamery mouth feel, grapefruit, citrus
