The Downtown Fort Collins Business Association and over thirty downtown restaurants, including CooperSmith’s, are coming together once again for Great Plates of Downtown 2015!

Great Plates encourages dining enthusiasts to enjoy unique dinner specials that represent the quality and diversity of Downtown Fort Collins while supporting the community through donations to the Food Bank for Larimer County.

Any of the below two entrees for $25

Southwest New York Strip

A New York strip grilled to temperature with a spicy southwest seasoning and topped with roasted corn pico de gallo. Served over Spanish rice sautéed bell peppers and onions.

Horsetooth Stout and Peppercorn Mushroom Sauce

A New York strip seasoned and grilled to temperature then topped with a Horsetooth Stout peppercorn and mushroom cream sauce. Served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and seasoned veggies.

Caramelized Onion and Demi-glace New York

A New York strip seasoned and topped with a caramelized onion and demi-glace sauce served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and seasoned veggies.

Coopersmith’s New York Strip

A New York strip seasoned and grilled to temperature topped with a Gorgonzola butter and served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and seasoned veggies.

Fish and Chips

A generous portion of Atlantic cod dipped in our ale batter and breaded with crispy breadcrumbs. Served with pub chips, horseradish mayonnaise and malt vinegar.

Wild Game Sausage Platter

A Not brown ale boar sausage and a Sigda’s green chili cheddar elk sausage. Served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes, warm applesauce and bacon beer sauerkraut.

Highland Cottage Pie

Choice Colorado lamb marinated in our Horsetooth Stout and fresh herbs. Then we combine the lamb with celery, carrots and onion then layer it in a flaky crust with mashed potatoes. It’s then baked and topped with lamb gravy and  Parmesan cheese. Served with a side of hot applesauce.

Grilled Salmon with a Smokey Cream Cheese Sauce

Seasoned grilled salmon served over sautéed veggies and a crispy latke. Finished with a smoked salmon lemon cream cheese sauce and capers.

Crispy Stuffed Poblano

A roasted poblano pepper stuffed with cheddar and pepper jack cheese, beans, corn, peppers and spices then breaded and deep fried. Served over Spanish rice and black beans. Finished with roasted corn pico de gallo and a creamy roasted red pepper sauce.
