A blend of ground beef and ground buffalo mixed with bell pepper, garlic and onion, then baked and finished on the grill. Served over garlic mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables. Topped with caramelized onion gravy. 14.95

Highland Cottage Pie

A Pub favorite! Choice Colorado lamb marinated in our house Stout and fresh herbs. Then we combine the lamb with celery, carrots, and onion and layer it in a flaky crust with mashed potatoes. It’s then baked and topped with lamb gravy and Parmesan cheese. Served with a side of applesauce. 12

A twelve-ounce New York strip seasoned and broiled to temperature. Topped with a Gorgonzola butter. Served with crispy onion rings, roasted garlic, mashed potatoes and sautéed vegetables. 20
