30th Anniversary Dinner Specials
Walleye and Chips-A whole beer battered and fried walleye filet over chips with tartar sauce and baked beans.
Coopersmith’s New York Strip– A New York strip steak seasoned, grilled and cooked to temperature topped with gorgonzola butter. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and roasted carrots.
Steak Medallions – Steak medallions seasoned and grilled to temperature served over garlic mashed potatoes and roasted carrots. Finished with red wine demi-glaze and crispy fried onions.
Sausage Plate– A beer brat and a hot Polish sausage simmered in our Not Brown Ale and grilled, over garlic mashed potatoes and topped with a red onion reduction. Served with bacon beer sauerkraut and baked beans.
Lobster Mac– Cavatappi pasta and lobster chunks tossed in a creamy red pepper and asiago sauce finished with toasted beer bread crumbs and crispy pancetta.
30th Anniversary Lunch Specials
The Pub Burger
One half pound choice beef grilled to temperature and topped with your choice of cheese.
Served with choice of side dish.
Fish and Chips
A six ounce cod filet dipped in our ale batter and breaded with crispy bread crumbs. Served over pub chips with a horseradish mayo and homemade malt vinegar.
Highland Cottage Pie
A pub favorite! Colorado lamb marinated and simmered in our Horsetooth Stout with celery, carrots and onion. Layered in a pie crust with mashed potatoes and topped with a lamb gravy, Parmesan cheese and scallions. Served with our Homemade Not Brown Ale warm applesauce.
Bangers and Mash
English style banger sausages simmered in our Horsetooth Stout. Served with mashed potatoes, warm homemade Not Brown Ale applesauce and garnished with a red onion reduction.
