This Belgian style white ale has a slight orange peel and coriander aroma. There is a subtle fresh bread and citrus aromas with hints of coriander and clove. Unmalted wheat and oats give it a transluscent haze, while the yeast’s esters contributes a quenching spiciness.  Big Ups to Chase for this recipe idea, and best of luck with the new gig! 4.7% A.B.V.  13.5 IBUs.
