Poolside Party Packages

CooperSmith’s Poolside Parties are a perfect way to celebrate birthdays, weddings and holidays. We offer all you need to host the best party of the year. Poolside at CooperSmith’s offers unique and flexible party packages to make your occasion a topic at the water cooler for years to come. In addition to great food and beverages, Poolside offers a unique ambiance, plenty of space for a large party, and the perfect amount of charm. Give it a look and then give us a call.

The Basics

  • Minimum of 20 people Sunday thru Thursday and 50 people Friday and Saturday
  • To confirm reservation: signed party agreement must be returned no later than 72 hours after being sent by CooperSmith’s, non-refundable room charge is paid and a current credit card is on file. Failure to include signed agreement, room charge and credit card means party is not booked and desired date is forfeited.
  • $250.00 room charge is a nonrefundable deposit that secures the use of the room and covers cost of games and buffet linens.
  • Tax and 18% gratuity are not included in prices listed
  • Package must be selected at the time of booking and a final guest count is required no less than 2 weeks before the party
  • A credit card number is required to hold a reservation
  • Cancellation fees apply if party is not cancelled 1 week in advance
  • Large parties on Thursdays have a minimum of $750.00 & Friday and Saturday have a $1,500.00 minimum to book

Beverages

Beer, wine, cocktails and nonalcoholic beverages choices can be added to any party package in a variety of ways. An “open bar” allow your guests to order any drink which is charged to one tab. Drink tickets may be purchased allowing you to decide how many drinks per guest you want to buy. Simply let the party coordinator know how you would like to handle beverages and we’ll make it happen. All alcoholic beverages must be served by one of our trained staff so we do not sell kegs for in house parties.

Vegetarian Entrée Options

Are you looking for vegetarian or vegan options? Any of the following options may be swapped out for any entrée in the gold, platinum or high roller packages at no extra cost.

  • Veggie Lasagna: Layers of zucchini, yellow squash, ricotta, marinara, lasagna noodles and mozzarella baked to a golden brown.
  • Stuffed Acorn Squash: Roasted acorn squash stuffed with sautéed celery, onion, garlic, mushrooms and wild rice. This entrée can include parmesan or be vegan.
  • Balsamic Portabella: A portabella mushroom marinated in balsamic vinaigrette and stuffed with spinach, sundried tomato, artichoke hearts, onion and bread crumbs. This entrée can include parmesan or be vegan.
