A pub favorite! Lamb marinated in our Horsetooth Stout and fresh herbs. We then combine the lamb with celery, onion and carrots and layer the mixture in a flaky crust with mashed potatoes. Topped with lamb gravy and Parmesan cheese. Served with a side of applesauce and a 20-ounce beer.
