Enjoy our $25 dinner for two Anniversary Special
The dinner includes:
One Appetizer:
- Sausage and Pretzel Platter: Sliced Not Brown Ale boar sausage and Sigda’s Green Chili elk sausage with pretzel bites & beer cheese sauce for dipping.
- Salmon Puffs: A blend of cream cheese and smoked salmon in a puff pastry and topped with a spicy cream sauce.
Two Entrees:
- Fish and Chips
- Bangers and Mash
- Highland Cottage Pie
- Pasty: Seasoned ground beef, potatoes, onions, and carrots stuffed into a pie crust and baked.
- Stuffed Mushroom: A portabella mushroom stuffed with cheese and veggies, roasted and served over polenta cake.
- Seafood Enchilada: Cheese, shrimp and salmon, stuffed into corn tortillas and topped with a spicy cream sauce.
- Sirloin Steak: Sirloin steak grilled to temperature and topped with a Horsetooth Stout mushroom peppercorn
