Because of the large amount of breweries in Fort Collins, we have become known as the Napa Valley of beers. Opening in November of 1989, CooperSmith’s is the longest operating brewery Fort Collins. With over 150 different recipes produced to date there is always something unique on tap at CooperSmiths. Our Poudre Pale Ale, Albert Damm Bitter and Horsetooth Stout were available on opening day and have been available every day since. You can also always find Sigda’s Green Chili Ale, and Punjabi, our IPA and single most popular beer. Both of these beers enjoy loyal, almost cult-like, followings. With 15 different taps available on Poolside as well as Pubside, CooperSmith’s truly offers the most diverse beer line up of all of the breweries in Fort Collins.
